Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Note: Opened food/consumable products (including pasta) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
How to start a return: Email us at admin@ketomarin.com. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Return shipping cost: We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & issues: Contact us immediately upon receipt if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-returnable items: Opened food products, sale items, and gift cards.
EU customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, subject to the same condition requirements above.
