Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:null- Flat rate shipping on all US orders

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
• Expedited delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)

Shipping carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or lost packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@ketomarin.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.
